The reason that I built this website is because I got so many things that I want to share and because I have zero skills nor time in doing VDO on youtube. The best way for me to share my story or knowledge is through writing. Life is just too busy and noisy!

I'm Nadia. I'm the type of overparanoid, overprotective and overwhelmed mother. I'm also a learner who has tons of questions and never mind to spend whole night researching. But luckily, I'm a non-judgemental advisor.
Currently, I'm studying Naturopathic Medicine. I'm fascinated by the power of nature and I believe nature is the answer to the key of healthy life. With the busy life that we have, busy with work, life, and most of the time busy with someone else life! We constantly feed our body and mind non-stop and it makes us forget what is real happiness.
